How Our Fulfillment Process Works
We do things a little differently—and it’s intentional.
💡 Our Goal
Keep prices as low as possible without sacrificing speed where it matters
📦 Our System: Pick-to-Pack
Instead of storing large amounts of inventory (which increases costs), we use a pick-to-pack system with our fulfillment partner.
Here’s how it works:
- When inventory arrives, we prioritize items that will fulfill the most orders first
- Those items go directly onto pick shelves (not long-term storage)
- Orders are picked and packed in real time from those shelves
In many cases, items go from:
arrival → picked → shipped
without ever sitting in storage
💸 Why We Do This
This system helps us:
- Avoid high storage fees
- Keep our pricing more accessible
- Get orders moving quickly once inventory lands
⚖️ The Tradeoff
Because of this approach, we don’t keep large amounts of new inventory pre-stocked.
That’s why:
- New launches can take longer to process
- But once inventory arrives, orders move fast
